    Do I need a professional license to rent a suite?

    Yes, if you are a hairstylist, PMU artist, barber, esthetician, lash tech, nail tech, tattoo artist, or scalp micropigmentation artist. To ensure a safe and compliant environment for all tenants and clients, we require that all beauty and wellness professionals provide a current, active valid license appropriate for their services before leasing a suite. If you are a braider, a wig installer, a makeup artist, or a loctician you do not need a Texas state license. However, locticians do need a mini-salon license, which is just a business permit and can be easily acquired through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations (TDLR).

    Is any equipment or furniture included with the suites?

    Our suites come as beautifully finished, private spaces with great lighting and plumbing connections for a sink or shampoo bowl. We only provide some equipments such as shampoo bowls with shampoo chairs, stations, and stylist chairs. While we provide the space, you are responsible for bringing your own specialty equipment, tools, and furniture to personalize your suite and meet your specific service needs.

    Can I customize my suite?

    Absolutely! You can decorate and arrange your suite to reflect your unique brand and style, as long as the modifications are reversible and comply with building guidelines.

    Are utilities and internet included in the rent?

    Yes. Your rent includes water, electricity, heating/cooling, and high-speed internet, so you can work without worrying about extra bills.

    What kind of lease terms do you offer?

    We offer flexible lease options, typically starting at six months to a year. They are designed to support your business growth without long-term commitment pressures. Month to month are also available with a different price rate.

    Is there on-site management or support?

    Yes, our management team is available during business hours to assist with any needs or concerns, ensuring your suite experience is smooth and professional.

    Can I have clients come in during weekends or evenings?

    Yes! Your suite is your business home base with 24/7 access, so you can schedule appointments when it works best for you and your clients.

    Is parking available for me and my clients?

    We provide ample parking in all our locations to make visits easy and convenient for you and your clients.
